R i Region Hovedstaden foreslår tvungen afvænning men behandlere er skeptiske.

Regiontrådsmedlemmet Charlotte Fischer (Rad.V) vil tvinge misbrugere, der bor på bosteder for psykisk syge, i afvænning. Dårlig idé siger eksperter.
